How to pay

Therefore, you can stay for as little as one month. *A fixed-term lease is a rental contract that does not require renewal and will end upon expiration of the term. Higashi-Ojima Station is only on the Toei Shinjuku Line, but you can get to all terminal stations with one change.

The east side of the station is an area rich in nature, including Ojima Komatsugawa Park, a fairly large park with an area the size of five Tokyo Domes.
The west side of the station is a downtown residential area with many large apartment complexes and detached houses.

There are almost no entertainment facilities, but it is a residential area with good security and many families, so it is quiet at night.
This is a recommended town for those who want to live in a quiet town.
