Otsuka Station has a downtown area of similar size to the north and south.
Although there are quite a lot of people passing by, the city has a relatively quiet atmosphere and is a calmer city compared to the neighboring stations Ikebukuro and Sugamo.

It's a very convenient location, within walking distance to Ikebukuro (about 20 minutes walk to Ikebukuro Sunshine City!), a stop on the Yamanote Line, and the convenience of the Toden Arakawa Line, and perfect transportation access!
There are many people who have lived here for a long time, and it is an old-fashioned town with a somewhat Showa-era atmosphere and a retro feel.

There is a department store in front of the station, making it convenient for shopping. There is also a supermarket and drugstore, so you won't have any trouble getting around!
