For furnished apartments, we generally ask tenants to enter into individual contracts for water, electricity, gas, and the internet.
(There are some exceptions, such as properties with free water and properties that are all-electric.)
However, if you find it troublesome to sign the contract yourself, or if you are a foreign national and have difficulty signing the contract in Japanese, we have prepared the following plans for you, so please consider them.
For the Internet, we have introduced e-SIM sales companies at the end of the page.
If you have a SIM-unlocked mobile phone, please consider this.
Lifeline inclusive plan
This plan involves signing contracts for water, electricity, and gas under Cross House's name, and the tenant paying a fixed monthly fee of 15,000 yen (tax-exempt) to Cross House. Cross House will handle all procedures for signing and canceling contracts when moving in and out, as well as being present when opening and canceling services.However, please note that if your monthly usage amount exceeds 15,000 yen, you will be responsible for the excess amount.
(For example, if the usage amount is 20,000 yen, the excess amount of 5,000 yen will be charged to the resident.)
<Notes>
*The Lifeline Included Plan does not include internet. Please make a separate contract for internet.
Lifeline Replacement Plan (for Japanese residents)
Cross House is affiliated with a service provider that handles contracts for lifelines.It is free to use, so if you are interested, please let us know.
<Notes>
*Propane gas is not supported.
*The contract holder must cancel the contract when moving out.
*Monthly payments are made to each lifeline company.
