Tokyu Livable Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Shinji Sakaki, Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as Tokyu Livable) and XROSS HOUSE Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Atsushi Torii, Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as XROSS HOUSE)) have agreed to form a business partnership in introducing share houses operated and managed by XROSS HOUSE.
Tokyu Livable is a comprehensive real estate distribution company that conducts business based on five pillars: ``buying and selling brokerage,'' ``rental brokerage,'' ``new construction sales contract,'' ``real estate solutions,'' and ``real estate sales.''
Based on this partnership, the company will begin introducing and providing information about XROSS HOUSE's "shared houses" to customers who visit rental agency stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
XROSS HOUSE has a vision of ``XROSS the world'' in 2026, and is a new company centered on Tokyo's 23 wards that eliminates the need for ``key money deposits,'' ``brokerage fees,'' and ``furniture and home appliances,'' and allows free movement between properties. We operate and manage shared houses.
Through this partnership, we will combine the know-how and product strengths of both companies to provide a living environment that benefits our customers.
