One month's rent and maintenance fee will be free.
*System usage fees and option fees will still be charged during the free rent period.

● Application conditions

This offer is only available to new enquiries and those with a tenancy period of three months or more.

Notes

When signing the contract, you will be required to pay a pro rata fee for the first month of stay.

Penalty​

If you move out or relocate within three months, we will not refund the fee you paid in advance when signing the contract.

In addition, the amount that was to be discounted as part of the campaign will be charged as normal in the month of moving out as a campaign penalty.

The initial fee of 30,000 yen will be waived. There are also no security deposits, key money, or brokerage fees.
