The history of Oizumi Gakuen
Oizumi Gakuen was originally a town located in Saitama Prefecture, but it was merged into Tokyo Prefecture in 1891 (Meiji 24).
At the time, the name "Oizumi Gakuen(Gakuen)" was chosen with the aim of attracting higher education institutions, but ultimately it was unsuccessful.
